The community is encouraged to attend the Rice Lake Area National Day of Prayer event to be held on May 5. Representatives from area churches and organizations will lead the gathering in praying for churches, schools, media, government, business, military, and family.

The one-hour gathering will be held at Providence Church, 23 W. Eau Claire St. in downtown Rice Lake starting at 6 p.m.
