Citizen-Led Town Hall in Menomonie to Address Data Center Development and Community
Protections
MENOMONIE, Wisconsin — Community members and local leaders will gather on Sunday, February
15 at 2:00 PM at the Off Broadway Banquet Center in Menomonie for Data Center Download — A
Citizen-Led Town Hall, a free and public forum focused on data center development and its potential
impacts on Wisconsin communities.
The event brings together residents, subject-matter speakers, and regional voices to share lessons
learned from other communities, answer public questions, and discuss practical approaches to local
decision-making.
The program also includes a dedicated segment for city, town, and village officials focused on early,
proactive steps communities can take to protect local interests, improve transparency, and reduce risk
when large-scale development proposals are introduced.
