Event Title: Annual Walk for Hunger Nyre You

Event Description: The Annual Walk for Hunger Nyre You will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 with music, silent auction, bake sale, food, and walk. Registration for the 2 mile or 1/2-mile walk will begin at 9 a.m. The walk will kick off at 10 a.m. and silent auction will close at 11 a.m. Held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 2245 Hayden Ave, Altoona, WI. Free Will donation to participate in the walk.

This annual fundraiser, is in it’s 13th year and supports the Feed A Child Nyre You weekend food bag program and the school food pantry at the School District of Altoona. All funds raised will go towards the purchase of food items for children and families that struggle with food insecurity.
