Event Description: This workshop is for people who want to forgive and have tried to forgive but just need some tried-and-true tools. Forgiveness researchers Lou Recine and Dr. Ann Recine present life-changing tools that have helped people around the world let go of anger and find more serenity.
Our family relationships and friendships are the source of our wellbeing and happiness, but also where we can suffer the most painful wrongs and inflict them ourselves. This workshop is for you if you are struggling to let go of anger or want to deepen your ability to forgive.
