I have worked in radio since graduating from the University of Minnesota in the mid 80's. I began my career spinning 33&1/3 LP's and 45's (vinyl records). I welcomed the advent of CD's and was sure they would be with us for a long time into the future. The future happens pretty fast these days! The digital age is now in the process of sending the compact disc (CD)to retirement just as the CD pushed out the cassette; the cassette pushed out the vinyl record; the record pushed out the 8-track tape. Technology changes rapidly and we adapt.
God is the same today as He was yesterday and He will be the same tomorrow. I am so thankful that our Heavenly Father doesn't change with every new trend, invention or fad. Here in the USA, our money still says, "In God We Trust". Sometimes, I think we should have added the word, "Can" to that simple statement. In God We CAN Trust. Have you put YOUR trust in Him? Strong winds of change are blowing in this world like never before. Not all winds are beneficial...some can be very damaging. I invite you to put your hope and trust in the One who does not change. In the gospel of John, chapter 3, verses 3-8, Jesus tells us "Unless a man is born again he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven." You MUST be born again or you CANNOT enter the kingdom of heaven. WOW! Did you know that? Are you born again? If you aren't sure or don't understand what it means to be born again, I invite you to call me at WWIB (715-723-1037). I would be more than happy to talk with you and explain how to become born again. You will have 100% confidence that you are ready for the kingdom of heaven. How can I say that? Because it is a promise from God! Remember what I said earlier? In God--you can trust! May God bless you in your journey of faith!
